Overview
You will be responsible for providing legal documentation support to Deutsche Bank's derivatives trading business. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating master agreements and other trading documentation, in particular but not limited to agreements covering multiple underlying counterparties and their amendments. You will engage directly with the Bank's internal divisions and client base.

• Draft, review and negotiate trading documentation with the Bank's clients, including, but not limited to ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes
• Review, negotiate, amend terms and add/remove counterparties for umbrella master agreements
• Conduct diligence on new underlying principals to assess capacity/authority and applicability of netting
• Help develop processes to facilitate the efficient addition of underlying principals to umbrella master agreements
• Manage your pipeline of active negotiations in coordination with other members of the legal team.
• Liaise with external clients and other internal departments (i.e., credit, risk, compliance, operations treasury, tax, etc.) as necessary for approvals and input, providing meaningful summary of the deviations from DB standard terms and the risks associated with those deviation Skills You'll Need
• Law degree and qualified and registered as an attorney in Florida, New York or other US jurisdiction
• Transactional and contractual experience, preferably with derivatives trading agreements, including International Swaps and Derivatives (ISDA) master agreements (including related schedules and credit support annexes, confirmation agreements and account control agreements) Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Excellent legal analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with the business and your manager to establish priorities and meet deadlines

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $78,000.00 to $111,800.00. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
